, where he churns out breads and pastries from dusk til dawn.
His focus lies in utilising locally sourced ingredients with an emphasis on quality and health – even milling his own flour.
Dan's known for pushing boundaries with his 20 years of experience – we'd highly recommend a visit through the countryside to experience it first hand.
